The multi-functional survey sampling drill rig is a special drilling rig developed according to the construction requirements of soil and groundwater survey sampling drilling. The purpose is to solve the problem that the imported equipment is too expensive to be widely used, and the existing domestic equipment can not meet the drilling demand; it is a highly integrated and automatic drilling rig specially applied to the soil survey and sampling industry. The drilling rig adopts dual process power head design, which can not only meet the requirements of breaking cement ground by pulse vibration, but also meet the requirements of rotary drilling well construction. 6. The high and low speed switching can be realized when walking, and the working time can be saved by driving at high speed when transferring;

1. Hydraulic pump.

The drilling rig adopts the international famous brand Rexroth variable displacement pump as the "heart" of the drilling rig hydraulic system. Through the LS load sensitive feedback mechanism, it can achieve the control goal of the flow rate required by the working condition and change its own parameters to meet the flow pressure demand of the working condition.
2. Directional multi way valve.

The load sensitive proportional multi-channel directional valve has the function of pressure signal feedback. According to the swing angle of the handle, the swash plate swing angle of variable hydraulic pump can be changed by feedback pressure signal to adjust the output flow of the pump to meet the requirements of working conditions.
3. Impact power head.

The dual process hydraulic power head can not only meet the action requirements of hydraulic impact of drill power head, but also has powerful rotary function.
4. Walking control.

The walking of the drilling rig is controlled by wireless remote control, which can realize the forward and backward left and right steering of the drilling rig. Wireless remote control can also realize the stepless speed regulation of drilling rig.
5. Engine.

Cummins engine has strong power, and the speed and torque match perfectly with the power system. Through the display screen of the main controller, the information of speed, oil pressure, water temperature, voltage and fuel quantity is monitored.
